1、管子下料

⑴、下料應(ying)嚴格按設計單線圖進行,切割前(qian)材料尺(chi)寸(cun)應(ying)仔細核對。
⑴. Cutting should be strictly carried out according to the design single line diagram, and the material size should be carefully checked before cutting.
⑵、下料時(shi)應根據管子長短合理排料,減少浪費。
When cutting, the material should be reasonably arranged according to the length of the pipe to reduce waste.
2、坡口(kou)制備要求
2. Requirements for groove preparation
管(guan)道連接主要是焊接方式,坡(po)(po)口(kou)(kou)(kou)是焊接的首要條件(jian),必須按規(gui)范規(gui)定進行(xing),中、低壓管(guan)道坡(po)(po)口(kou)(kou)(kou)型(xing)(xing)式采用(yong)V型(xing)(xing),高壓管(guan)道采用(yong)YV(雙V)型(xing)(xing)坡(po)(po)口(kou)(kou)(kou),坡(po)(po)口(kou)(kou)(kou)加工應平整,不(bu)得有裂(lie)紋、重皮、毛刺和氧(yang)化(hua)鐵等。

管道組對(dui)前(qian),將接口內(nei)(nei)外表面25毫米(mi)范(fan)圍內(nei)(nei)的泥垢(gou),油污(wu)、鐵銹等(deng)干凈,用鋼(gang)絲刷或(huo)拖(tuo)布(bu)將管內(nei)(nei)雜(za)物(wu)。對(dui)預制和安裝時未封(feng)(feng)閉的管段,應采取(qu)措施封(feng)(feng)堵管口,避免(mian)雜(za)物(wu)進(jin)入管道內(nei)(nei)。

9、相鄰焊口間距要(yao)求

支管開孔距(ju)主(zhu)管環焊(han)縫或(huo)縱焊(han)縫的近點間距(ju)不小于3倍主(zhu)管壁厚(hou)。
The distance between the opening of the branch pipe and the circumferential or longitudinal weld seam of the main pipe shall not be less than 3 times the wall thickness of the main pipe.
10、當耳(er)(er)柱、支架焊接在(zai)管子上時,支架或耳(er)(er)柱焊口(kou)不應穿越管子或管件焊口(kou)。
10. When the ear pillar or bracket is welded to the pipe, the bracket or ear pillar weld should not pass through the pipe or fitting weld.
11、焊(han)接組對時的點固焊(han)及固定(ding)卡具焊(han)縫(feng)的焊(han)接,要(yao)求同正式焊(han)接。

12、拆除固(gu)定卡具時,禁止用(yong)榔頭(tou)直接敲(qiao)掉,應用(yong)砂(sha)輪機或氣焊火(huo)焰(yan)去掉,火(huo)焰(yan)切割于焊縫外(wai)層。與母材接觸部分用(yong)砂(sha)輪機打磨(mo)去除,若(ruo)有缺陷應作滲透檢驗合格后修復。
12. When dismantling fixed fixtures, it is prohibited to directly knock them off with a hammer. They should be removed using a grinder or gas welding flame, and flame cutting is limited to the outer layer of the weld seam. The part in contact with the base material should be removed by grinding with a grinder. If there are defects, they should be repaired after passing the penetration inspection.
13、焊(han)縫表面不得有(you)裂紋、焊(han)縫不得有(you)未(wei)熔(rong)合、根部未(wei)焊(han)透等缺陷。

15、不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼風管(guan)、配件(jian)焊接接頭焊后(hou)應進行酸洗(xi)與(yu)鈍化處理(li),用不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼專用酸洗(xi)鈍化液(ye)(膏)處理(li)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼接頭表面,焊接時產生的氧化物。
15. After welding, stainless steel ducts and fittings should undergo acid pickling and passivation treatment. The surface of stainless steel joints should be treated with stainless steel specific acid pickling passivation solution (paste) to remove oxides generated during welding.
